gcloud alpha deployment-manager type-providers update - update a type provider

SYNOPSIS

gcloud alpha deployment-manager type-providers update PROVIDER_NAME --descriptor-url=DESCRIPTOR_URL [--api-options-file=API_OPTIONS_FILE] [--async] [--description=DESCRIPTION] [--remove-labels=[KEY,...]] [--update-labels=[KEY=VALUE,...]] [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]

DESCRIPTION

(ALPHA) This command updates a type provider.

POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS

PROVIDER_NAME

Type provider name or URI.

REQUIRED FLAGS

--descriptor-url=DESCRIPTOR_URL

URL of API of your type.

OPTIONAL FLAGS

--api-options-file=API_OPTIONS_FILE

YAML file with options for the API: e.g. options and collection overrides.

--async

Return immediately and print information about the Operation in progress rather than waiting for the Operation to complete. (default=False)

--description=DESCRIPTION

Optional description of the type provider.

--remove-labels=[KEY,...]

List of label keys to remove. If a label does not exist it is silently ignored.

--update-labels=[KEY=VALUE,...]

List of label KEY=VALUE pairs to update. If a label exists its value is modified, otherwise a new label is created.
Keys must start with a lowercase character and contain only hyphens (-), underscores (_), lowercase characters, and numbers. Values must contain only hyphens (-), underscores (_), lowercase characters, and numbers.

GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS

These flags are available to all commands: --account, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format, --help, --log-http, --project, --quiet, --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity. Run $ gcloud help for details.

EXAMPLES

To update a type provider, run:

$ gcloud alpha deployment-manager type-providers update \
    my-type-provider --api-options=my-options.yaml \
    --descriptor-url <descriptor URL> --description "My type."

This command is currently in ALPHA and may change without notice. If this command fails with API permission errors despite specifying the right project, you will have to apply for early access and have your projects registered on the API whitelist to use it.
