For more information, see the manual page for nvidia-cuda-mps-control. The MPS server creates the shared GPU context, manages its clients, and issues work to the GPU on behalf of its clients. Each server can support up to 16 client contexts. MPS is only supported on 64-bit Linux platforms, with an SM 3.5 or higher GPU.
