NAME

gcloud alpha genomics readgroupsets update - updates a readgroupset name and/or referenceSetId

SYNOPSIS

gcloud alpha genomics readgroupsets update ID [--name=NAME] [--reference-set-id=REFERENCE_SET_ID] [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG ...]

DESCRIPTION

(ALPHA) Updates a readgroupset name and/or referenceSetId.

POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS

ID

The ID of the read group set to be updated.

FLAGS

--name=NAME

The new name of the readgroupset.

--reference-set-id=REFERENCE_SET_ID

The new reference set ID of the readgroupset.

GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS

These flags are available to all commands: --account, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format, --help, --log-http, --project, --quiet, --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity. Run $ gcloud help for details.

This command is currently in ALPHA and may change without notice.
